Asteria Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Every Asteria piece of jewellery is made to order and crafted specifically for the Customer. Because each piece is created according to confirmed specifications, made-to-order, custom, and semi-custom purchases are final sale and cannot ordinarily be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed, except where required under applicable Indian law or expressly agreed by Asteria in writing.

Asteria does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or a decision not to proceed with a personalised order, except where required by applicable law.

Every piece is inspected before dispatch. If jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications confirmed for the order, contact Asteria as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Asteria may request photographs, videos, original packaging, certificates, or other information to assess the issue. Where an issue is confirmed to be attributable to Asteria, we will, as applicable, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Because all Asteria jewellery is made to order, work may begin shortly after an order is confirmed. Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation is generally not available except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Asteria in writing.

Customers who need to request a change should contact Asteria immediately after placing the order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes where possible. Approved changes may be subject to additional charges depending on work already completed, materials sourced, manufacturing stage, CAD work, or other costs incurred.

Diamonds, gemstones, or other materials specially sourced for an order may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once sourcing or procurement has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Please ensure that the ring size provided at the time of ordering is accurate. Asteria can provide a ring-size guide or assistance before an order is finalised.

If a customer requests resizing after confirmation or delivery, resizing may be subject to additional charges and depends on the design and construction of the ring. Some designs may not be suitable for resizing.

Jewellery that has been resized, altered, engraved, or otherwise modified at the Customer's request is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange, except where required under applicable law.

Where a refund is legally required or expressly approved by Asteria, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another legally permissible method after any required verification.

Where a cancellation or refund is not permitted under this Policy, the Legal Purchasing Agreement, or applicable law, payments may not be refundable once the order has been confirmed or production/sourcing has commenced.

Asteria currently ships within India only. Shipping and re-shipping charges attributable to customer-provided incorrect or incomplete information may be payable by the Customer.

Asteria reserves the right to inspect and verify jewellery presented for repair, replacement, refund, or another resolution. Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable laws of India.
